Ray Beach Front Suites

Viewed as an extension of the Ray Hotel, the Ray Beach Front Suites continue an interest in sustainable design with modern living. The 47,000 sq.ft Venice beach site will include a beach club, restaurant, lounge, and 14 long stay apartments. The design encompasses the ocean views and is scene as a wrapped glass box that allows for spatial flexibility to catch the fresh ocean breeze.

Sustainable feature such as wind turbines, use of the different levels for green surfaces, rooftop photovoltaics, and orientation allow for eco living to coincide to contemporary design.
